Atlas Defence Compliance (“we”, “us”) is operated by 2681295 Ontario Inc. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our Cyber Security Certification Program for Defence Suppliers in Canada (CPCSC) platform at dib.atlasfabric.ca.
What we collect
- Account data from Google sign-in (name, email) via Supabase Auth
- Organization profile, compliance program data, and evidence you upload
- Standard service logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability
How we use it
To provide the service, secure tenant isolation, send transactional email (e.g. invites and reminders when enabled), and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and subprocessors
Data is stored in Canada (Supabase, hosting) with row-level security per organization. Email may be sent via Resend. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
